You probably will not often need to print the output from one of the Marist jobs. If you do need to print it, here are some guidelines.

Open the file in MS Word. Go to "Page Setup" and choose "Landscape".

You will find the document is too wide to print without wrapping lines. Mark the entire document and convert it to 9-point type.

It is best to use a monospaced font with mainframe output. Mark the entire document and convert it to a monospaced font such as Courier New.

You will probably need to adjust the page margins as well. I suggest a left and right margin of 0.3 and a top and bottom margin of 0.7.
