Machine Embroiery  I have a Pfaff 7570 machine and a Baby Lock Ellageo (which were purchased in Rockford, IL at Zoltan's Sewing Center) and do my own digitizing of clipart, photos, etc.  in order to do custom machine embroidery.

This is a wallhanging that I did for my daughter Kara's graduation.  Each 6" square is embroidered with a symbol representing the activities in which she was involved during her high school career.  She was in bowling, yearbook, orchestra, basketball, softball, and the FFA.

These symbols were digitized from many sources:   1. clipart, 2. drawings, and 3. scanned from banquet programs.

Sewing I have made my own clothes since I was a child.  I just love to create a new outfit.

This is my breakfast nook at home.  I made these balloon shades in purple and yellows.

Quilting I am just getting started in machine quilting.  I have made a few wall hanging using various techniques.

This is a wall hanging that I did in the "Stain Glass" style.  The colors here aren't as good as they should be.   The pansys are puple with the other flowers being shades of yellow.  I keep this in my kitchen which is done in purple and yellows.

Crocheting I crochet usually during the winter months.  Lately I have been using several strans of yarn and a LARGE hook to make some nice comfy afgans.

These are three of the numerous afgans that I have crocheted.  The two on the left were done with a very large hook (Q) and two strands of yarn held together.  The one on the right is done in the mile-a-minute style.

Crocheting Doll Clothes    I have been crocheting doll clothes for quite a while now.  Besides the victorian dolls I have done Santa, Mrs. Santa, Kris Kringle, and St. Nick.

This is a dress that reminds me of a southern girl going to a cotillian with her beau.

This is a bonnet that I made for my granddaughter.
